Grizzly Disposal & Recycling began in 2007 as a two-person operation known as L&L Services—a small, veteran-owned construction debris hauler based in Bozeman. With a used truck and a commitment to hands-on service, we set out to do things differently.

What started small has grown into one of Montana’s most trusted names in waste and recycling, now serving Missoula and Lake Counties.

Grizzly Disposal employs more than 30 Missoula-area residents and provides a full suite of services, including curbside waste and recycling collection, roll-off dumpsters, and demolition support. We are fueled by a simple promise: treat customers like neighbors and deliver reliable, community-first service every time.
